Jonah's mission and purpose is to act as a guide into healing and remembering with Nature & Spirit.  

 

With an array of tools he has collected on his own healing journey,

he acts as an Ecosomatic Guide into the return of our Animist and Ancestral Memory and Heart.

Jonah is a highly trained Somaatic Trauma Therapist, Mindfulness Instructor,  

Biodynamic Craniosacral Practitioner, Polarity Therapist,

Writer and Photographer. 
 

 

Jonah founded Earthways Journeys in 2017 as a home for his love of the Land and for helping people heal through the natural wisdom of both the inner and outer landscapes of Body & Earth. The Soul of his work comes from the lived experience of his own initiations, disillusionment, healing and ancestral remembrance. The journey has led him far and wide to the lands, spirits, teachers and ways that ultimately have became the foundation and fountain of wisdom that's embodied in his offerings.

At the heart of his healing work lives an activist spirit, knowing that as we become more permeable through ecosomatic remembering, heal from our trauma and court our grief in connection with the Land, we remember our deep interbeing and love of the land. We then become protectors, village makers, teachers, healers, future elders, and gifts to keep life alive for future generations.

In 2019 Jonah founded Proyecto IJA'TZ: Semilla de Futuro, a Grassroots Organization and Education Project to protect the Indigenous language of the Tzʼutujil Maya community in Guatemala.
